Filed a Complaint

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea with these people. They were calling about a bill from an xray my husband had done. When we received the bill, we were broke! We finally got it down to where we could max out my credit card and charge the rest of the bill. We took their plea bargain and paid in full, on my credit card! Two weeks later, they called looking for somebody we never heard of; they pulled my account and said my husband was paid but did I know this other guy. I told them no. Then, a few weeks later, they claimed to have a brand new bill! They won't send us any information on it; they just call all the time! I am not paying for something when I feel they are just trying to get money out of me that I don't have. What ground do they have to stand on? What can they do to me if I don't pay their bill? I feel this is a major scam!! :!::-(
