Am not sure what to do a community management send us a consent judgment and a consent judgment agreement to be sign and return in 10 day.we know we owed the money and we been trying to make payments but its not easy with one person working mininum wage.

You should speak with the community management or the law group who sent him the summons to work out a payment plan to pay off the entire balance in small monthly payments.
