So these people called me about two twwks ago threatening to come to my job about a payday loan they scared me into making a payment arrangement on a payday loan thru cashnet usa. There tacktics were calling my job leaving a message with my secirity office calling my cell phone numerous times threatening to come to my job and advsisng they were a procss server calling, but refused to come to my home to serve me.
after I made my arrangement i had fraud on my checking account not related but none the less had to cancel my card and file police reports.
Today they called becasue I missed the payment. and they have called no less then 15 times today.while Im at work.in 10 min
I dont have a problem paying them however I want the calls to stop and i want to send the money to them i dont want them to have acess to my account .
So my questions are
One are they a lisenced online payday loan lender in IL?
Two how can I get the address to send my payments to them, as they refused to give me the address.
As well as have a cease letter.

I would highly suggest filing a police report against these people ...and file complaints with your state AG's office and the FTC. I googled them and it appears to be a scam.
