Has anyone had any luck reporting a CA to the Better Business Bureau?
The BBB is not a government regulating body so they have no power to enforce anything. They are more of a Consumer's Report of businesses, they list good ones, bad ones, and ones who will and will not try and settle a customer's dispute.

The BBB in ohio protects people who pay to be members with them
The BBB in ohio protects people who pay to be members with them and can not lie about people who aren't who have no complaints everyone else is subject to their real investigations I think
