Whos really doing all the crying?

NO DOUBT,IT SEEMS WE ARE GETTING MORE AND MORE TROLLS,NO IT ALL GUESTS,AND SPAMMERS THAN I'VE SEEN IN MONTHS.IT GOES TO SHOW GOLDENBLAST,THIS FORUM AND ALL THE GREAT PEOPLE YOURSELF INCLUDED ARE MAKING A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE.I NOTICE WHEN SOMEONE NEW COMES HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME,THEY ARE SCARED BECAUSETHEY ARE THREATENED WITH THE SAME THINGS WE WERE WHEN WE CAME HERE.THEY END UP SMARTER,AND STRONGER.SO THE CA'S HAVE TO SEND TROLLS.

I don't think that most people are crying about paying. They cry because the ca's make it so difficult for even those who want to pay. I wonder if they ever stopped to think that if they made the process easier to navigate, payments and plans that people could afford they might get fewer people fighting them. I got divorced two and half years ago and thought that all I would have to do would be to start paying it down -- i was really naive. However, with a lot of struggle 37 accounts (not all credit cards) are now nine with five being the original creditor with no late payment in two years, and four are with ca's two of which appear to be happy with payments plans I'm on and two of whom are being extraordinarily difficult. If they had all been like these last two that I am dealing with I too would have declared bankruptcy or something because it's unbelievable how rude, and arrogant etc. when they can look and see with hard evidence that I want to pay.

I just started out on this website a few weeks ago due to payday loan death trap(unbelievably paid way over than what I borrowed and of course I found out it was illegal in my state) and just in such a short period of time I feel so much better and stronger. I came here scared, not knowing what to do, just by googling Help me get out of this payday nightmare, and it brought me right to you. I have to say for most of us we are paying our bills and trying and there are some that can't pay their normal bills, like rent, food, because you get these PDLs/CAs threatening people that they are going to jail all good people go through tough times. I had a collection agency send me a letter about a past due medical bill from 2 years ago, they never called me not once, but sent me a letter. I called and stated it said on my invoice No Response from Insurance, she was more than willing to let me deal with my insurance company and that I could get back to her. I said no I will set up a payment arrangement with you and just as long as she sends me that I paid the bill in full that I would deal with my company and the insurance co. She was nice it was done professionally, not like some of these CAs. One post I saw was these so called CAs get bonus's if they collect, thats why I think they are trolling/crying they want everyones tax money, rebates, its a slow time for them. Eventually they will all be shut down. My heart goes out to all of you on this sight that are here to find the knowledge and help to put our best foot forward in our financial endeavors. :D

This site has been a golden find for me as well. I came here during a search for Palisades.. I found them on my CR and had no idea who they were or what they wanted money for. I sent out the DV letter I found here to them, and to another CA that was listed there. ( I knew that acct, but did not agree with the charges - They continued auto charging gym dues after I cancelled and moved, until I shut that CC down, they then charged an additional 6 months on the deactivated CC, generating the "debt") Apparently neither CA could validate the debts. I've heard nothing from either, but when I checked my CR's this month, their entries magically disappeared, and my credit scores jumped 150ish points.
