Any suggestions - where to start?

We have a had very little work (small business owner) and so no income. We have four creditors: Store for business supplies = $900, BofA = $500 -(0% for the next 4 months), Credit Union line of credit = $500, CareCredit = $4500 (O% for 4 months, Chase = 15,000 (0% until September). and Verizon Cell (business) = $300
We are also behind on gas, electric, phone, car insurance and medical bills (about $1000), and life insurance.
Is there something we can send to all of the above that would help slow things down?
The work is starting to come in after a month of nothing. I've cashed in all of my savings and my kids savings to cover rent and a few bills. We rent and are relying on food banks. I have close to $30,000 in retirement and my husband has nothing. I don't know how much I can get out of that account, but we are close to 50 and I don't think it would be wise to touch it.

Bumping this up for you.
In my opinion, there is not much you can do right now but I could be wrong. The whole economy sucks right now and creditors know this. I feel that sending anything to them telling them about difficulties is a waste but others might have a different opinion.
The easiest thing to do would be to concentrate on the things you really need, gas, electric, phone, car insurance, food and shelter. Try to keep all of these current. I wouldn't worry about the life insurance, that is if it is expensive, and the medical bills send them $20 a month.
As far as the credit cards, call them and explain your situation, you might even have payment protection on these accounts. I would do the same for them and send $20 or so a month and see if they will agree to it, they might not.
This is about the best I can come up with, hopefully someone else might have some better advice.
i would call them up and try to talk to them. the economy is bad
i would call them up and try to talk to them. the economy is bad but that means they are suffering too and some money is better for them than none at all.
