Northeast Ohio Contingency Lawyers?

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any lawyers in the Northeast Ohio area that specialize in consumer law and also take cases on a contingency basis. I am very interested in suing Elite Recovery Services for fdcpa and FCRA violations which, I strongly believe, were willfully committed (as opposed to in error).
Also, I'd like to note that I have checked out a few agencies on the NACA site, but the free legal aid service refused to help me (even though I'm currently unemployed) and the 2 other lawyers I contacted basically wanted money up front.
