I received a phone call at work this morning from these collectors. Guy sounded pretty shady, but I told them I could not take personal calls at my work. He tried to keep going with the I'm in breach of contract regarding a credit card debt, but I cut him off. How do I find out if Simm and Assoc. is licensed to collect in PA?
