Credit card debt

Hello! I have a question. I recently received a phone call from someone at a DRS collection agency? He immediately wanted payment from me for 6 outstanding accounts I have with them. I asked what they were and he would only tell me 3 of them. I did not recognize, but only one of them I did. I asked him if he could send me a letter in the mail outlining what I supposedly owe and he told me no, they needed my payment now to avoid legal action. He said they have sent me 22 letters to an old address of mine that I no longer live at. I explained this and offered him my new address. He still would not send me anything. Being that I only recognized one "account" that I am indebted too, it made me leery. Like he was fishing or something. I went around and around with him. He also wanted me email address. I told him no, I would only give my mailing address. Finally after threatening to call a lawyer, he complied. He didn't seem to know what he was talking about and contradicted himself several times. He put me on hold to speak to his supervisor to find out how long it would take to get a letter to me and when he came back, he started threatening me again with legal action and told me he needed my email address RIGHT NOW so his boss could type me up a letter and get my bank account info. I told him I was contacting my lawyer and hung up. What should I do next? Should I contact a lawyer? Should I wait to see they actually mail me something? He also threatened me by telling me he has all my personal information and isn't afraid to use it.
