Should I include a copy of the notice I was sent by the CA with my validation letter? or should I just put my name and address and make them work for the rest? Should I sign the letter?

I always start with "I am in reciept of your letter (copy enclosed) dated xx/xx/xxxx recived on xx/xx/xxxx" and add the Cc: Dunning letter recived xx/xx/xxxx at the bottom of your DV. I always keep the envelope the letter come in with the postmark. It's helpful if you ever need to pull out docs for court. I would not sign the letter but change the font for your name to script.
