2 days ago I sent out 3 debt verification letters to the CAs. What exactly is my next step?
Should I go ahead and send a dispute to the 3 credit bureaus?
Also, the CAs cannot validate a debt to the bureaus until i receive my validation correct?

Wait to see if the CA is able to provide validation of the debt.

Wait for a month or so for their response. If they reply with a proper validation letter, then contact them to discuss a repayment plan. You can then also decide about taking the professionals' help.
If they don't reply back, then don't entertain any future collection calls form them. As long as they don't validate the loan , they can't collect on it as well.

If you're sure that the entry in your report is wrong, then you can always dispute it. However, it may also happen that the CA even volunteer to eliminate the entry form the report if they fail to validate the loan.
If they don't do it by themselves, then go ahead and dispute with the bureaus.
The best policy for you at this juncture would be to wait and watch and make your moves accordingly.
