I just love it when some loser tries this tactic. I tell 'em, "go ahead punk, make my day." It just opens the door for me to counter sue for all he owes plus fees. And we know what we are doing and will win.
Furthermore, if some deadbeat should actually get such a judgment, you know what he'd get? A BIG FAT NOTHING! My assets are well hidden. I'm judgment proof.
