WOW, they were so nice!
But now they want me to write a summary of all that has transpired over the last 2 years with dates and fax over ALL information i have! That will be job so i'll work on it this afternoon and try to fax it over to them ASAP!
Please keep ur fingers crossed for me that i may FINALLY have found an atty that wants to help me!

Ang,remember the multiple violations I pointed out to you.He wants a through summary of everything that transpired during the last two years with collector,credit bureaus,and attornies. He most probably is gonna want to file suit for violations of fdcpa & Fcra violations which you do have. If he agrees to take your case on go for it and hammer them as hard as you can.You may get account dismissed completely as part of a out of court settlement.
