I live in Ohio and work for a company in Kentucky...I had a payday loan in kentucky an was unable after years to pay when due...Stopped payment on check...Today got a summons to appear in court in Kentucky...Don't they have to file in the state I reside...On the summon they listed my address as my address at my job...?
