Has anyone ever heard of Courthouse Document Investigations & Abitration LLC/CDIA LLC? I received all call from Tammy Yarbough "private" number 678-402-7953. Told me to call her back at 404-839-8124...She did not identify what company she was calling from. So I called her back and said I was returning a call and she replied "everyone is gone for the day but I can take a message" so I asked what company is this and she said CDIA so I said are you Tammy and she said "yes". So I said then why are you saying everyone is gone for the day when you just called me -she said well I already turned my computer off and I am not going to log back on to see why I called you...so I said then don't call me. She mumbled something and said "fine" have a nice day and hung up on me...So I googled the numebr and company name and low and behold it is a collection agency hiding behind "Courthouse Document Investigations & Arbitration LLC" and further on down it states collections...So my I fired off a complaint to the FTC and BBB (of which they are not listed) nor do they have a license to conduct business in California next one will be the my state AG...


I don't think you should be that harsh on her. You can ring her back and want to know why she called you.Try to get information why Courthouse Document Investigations & Abitration LLC/CDIA LLC called you. Wait and see if the concerned collection agency calls back.

No I haven't defaulted on a debt (but I have had identity theft)...I don't think I was being harsh on her...if she called me then identify herself and say why she is calling but don't say "everyone is gone for the day and can she take a message" knowing it was her calling and having called not even 5 minutes before...after all she is the"owner" per her website - she shouldn't call if she didn't have time to talk - she could have called at a better time.
