Have you defaulted on a debt? Was there an arbitration clause in the Cardholder agreement prior to default. Looked at their website and they are a CA that looks like they are going to follow in Mann Bracken's footsteps and ramp up the whole Arbitration scheme.

No I haven't defaulted on a debt (but I have had identity theft)...I don't think I was being harsh on her...if she called me then identify herself and say why she is calling but don't say "everyone is gone for the day and can she take a message" knowing it was her calling and having called not even 5 minutes before...after all she is the"owner" per her website - she shouldn't call if she didn't have time to talk - she could have called at a better time.
