court ordered judgement

i had a judgement granted against me and the person whom it was granted to says they are going to garnish my wages. if i am head of household and bring home less than 500.00 a week, can my wages be garnished. this is in florida if that makes a difference.

I don't think that they can garnish your wage as: -
a) you're the head of the family, and
b) your income is less than $500.
Laws in Florida thus makes you exempt from wage garnishment.
