need a advice for a letter

has anyone got a good form letter or ideas how i should write one to a old debt on my credit report
i sent a validation a while back and never heard a thing but looking at my credit report it is always being updated by a jdb....i disputed with the cra and it always is verified isnt this a violation... as being action without validation?????

I don't have a form letter, but I can tell you how it works. First, you dispute an entry on your CR. The Credit reporting agency contacts the collector/creditor. The collector/creditor responds, saying yes, we have this debt. Second, the credit reporting agency smacks you, saying, this has been "verified". I would sue them for reporting inaccurate information inder the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
