i signed up for the credit alerts through my bank and this morning I got this new alert- marked New Account- and this is what is says:

it's all blank! can they add an account with a $0 balance? that doesn't make any sense!

They can't legally. I would suggest checking your Experian repor
They can't legally. I would suggest checking your Experian report to get more details on it. If they have left anything incomplete you can dispute it as incomplete and have it corrected or removed.
