Subject:Credit card law suit

I am being sued by Bank of America over an overdraft account and credit card. I owe them about 6000USD including collection costs and attorney's fees. They asked me to go to an OSC and CMR hearing. I have no idea what that is, plus I can't get time off to go. What can I do?
