I understand that the SOL on cc's in NC is 3 years. In taking that to consideration, I have a charge off on my cr that NCO is trying to collect on. The last date of activity was 30 days late OCT.03. Would it be out of the SOL??

Did NCO get a judgment against you?

You haven't done any payment in the past three years. So, that makes it out of the SOL. Just notify the CA in your dispute letter about the expiry of SOL. If they take you to the court, show copy to the judge and the receipt when you sent the dispute letter. This case will go in your favor.
