Credit Card Trial

I pushed my case after 2 pre-trials, its now going to Trial within 5 Months, at the 2nd Pre-trial, The JDB Lawyer told the judge we had a dispute during discovery, he asked me what the Dispute was and I said I never got Sufficient Docs from them to show they own the debt and have Legal right to collect on it, the judge said noted and said to move forward to trial, So we went to the clerks office the trial was set, on the way out the JDB lawyer took a quick right to the bathroom, I thought that was kind of odd since he just went like 10 mins before, wishful thinking maybe he went back to the clerks office after I left and dismissed the case lol time will tell
