can a credit card sue u for breach of trust. I had a credit card for 300.00 and fail on hard times and now a different company is trying sue me for "9000.00"

1. Which state do you reside in?
2. When did you make the last payment on this card?

You want to make sure that what they are claiming you owe is actually what you owe and not trumped up interest rates and such.
