Vacate a default judgement from the creditor/his attorney

Can any one help, please. My question is; if I negotiate with the creditor's attorney after my account is frozen to pay the debt with the condition that there will be no judgement (vacate the judgement). Can the creditor's attorney do this? if so what is the process?
