Does anyone have any information on the following company:

Monterey Park, CA 91754

I've gotten 3 calls, since the 21st. Only did the last 2 leave messages.
With limited personal information, for SOMEONE ELSE, left in a cell phone voice mail.
Gilbert? calls, telling David to call back, with Case #xxxxxxxxxx by 4PM.
He will explain the nature of the call, upon getting a return call.
All calls, message or not, have been between 8AM and 9PM.
In other words, the middle of my night! I work 10PM to 6:30AM.
So, I can't/don't/won't accept calls during those hours.
Every time they tried to call, it has woken me up from a sound sleep. Requiring
up to an hour to get back to sleep.
Found their website, when I Googled the phone number.
But, get this:
They have NO E-Mail address in which to get in touch with them!
The only contact information they give is the PO Box listed above!
Any other information is appreciated.

You have mentioned that the call is for someone else. You do not owe any debt to them. In that case, you can either receive one of their calls or send them a written letter mentioning that you’re not the concerned person and that the collection agency should not contact you any further for other person’s debts. You can ask them to stop calling you any further. In case they call you even after receiving the letter, then you can contact an attorney and may take legal actions against them.
