15 USC 1692e(4) and (5) and (7) - threaten you with legal actions that cannot be taken.
Warrants are issued for criminal charges. A summons is issued for a civil case, but I really doubt that these PDLs will take you court, if it's an online one, unless they are licensed. Who is the PDL? How much did you borrow? How much did you pay back? What state are you in?.
And I still haven't received a solid answer to my query: who is this company? I STILL cannot find this name in Google except on this forum. They must be new and they are coming out swinging and itching for a lawsuit. Please provide me a link or something, thanks!

these people are tryign to collect on payday loans from 2001 thru 2004 and whenm they call you they are adding another 25% on the bill. i worked for these people they are ruthless when trying to collect money, the owners are david oddo and joseph bella or bello get a lawyer quick we have another tobia boyland on our hands!!!
