Dealing with West Asset Management

If I am making small but consistent payments to West Asset Management, do they have the right to demand more money from me or take any legal action against me?
If you actually owe them money, they can demand full payment. T
If you actually owe them money, they can demand full payment. That is their right. They're under no obligation to work out a payment arrangement with you. They could sue you if they can prove that you owe them.
Did you request validation of the debt prior to making payments? Do you even owe the debt?
