Lawsuit Debt Collection
I owe a credit card debt of $10,575.58. I received notice of suit for this debt. I want to pay the debt but can only do so with monthly payments. Financial difficulty would not allow me to do so previously. How do I proceed to do so with notice of suit?
When did you get the notice? Is it a notice or a subpenoa?
