I was sued by a collection aency and paid the debt to the original creditors after suit, they dropped this part of the case and now want attorney fees and court cost, the original debt was $543 and they want $1400 plus interest and also keep asking for $200 each additional letter they send me from court filing, i send them filings as well as the court has told me to,the agency never did send me proof they own the debt and if so,wouldnt or shouldnt the original creditors NOT have accepted the payment?they did, anyways, can anyone help me with any of this?

unfortunantley it was after it was , and thas what I hate, these people are trying to take way more than the debt and then some.

I owe a credit card debt of $10,575.58. I received notice of suit for this debt. I want to pay the debt but can only do so with monthly payments. Financial difficulty would not allow me to do so previously. How do I proceed to do so with notice of suit?
