When a credit card company gets a judgement can they go after the money in your checking account? Should you list these funds as a requested to have exemptions designated by the court?
If the judgment mentions that a checking account can be foreclos
If the judgment mentions that a checking account can be foreclosed then the credit card company can take money out of your checking account.
If you want to exempt your checking account from judgment then you can plead to the court at the time of trial.
