Which collection agency is the ligtamite one?

So I get this call from Midland Credit claiming that if I dont pay up on this $965 dollar bill from verizon so of course I set up payment plans. Like an idiot because this was due to go off my credit report in 1 yr. Anyway I was looking at my credit report and it has two collection agencies on there that both say I owe them from the same Verizion account (both with the same account number) however they do have different balances (the other is like 1100). How is this possible? Which collection agency is the ligtamite one?

I would call and talk to Verizon and see which one has the account. How much you owe? I would also ask for debts validation on each one that is listed on your credit report. Best Wishes Kyside38
