Get a judgement- then what?

Anyhow the judge told us that even if we got the judgement for the whole amount, we have no way to collect it from LVNV. Ok...so I never thought of that..so now here is my BIG QUESTION:
I get this judgement...how do I enforce it and make LVNV pay?

Why can't you collect from them? I would be curious to know why they can't be collected on. Does it have to be collected through the Sherman Companies instead?

The judge just mentioned "How were you going to collect from them?" He said he didn't see how we could. But heck...there MUST be a way, otherwise why would so many people sue and win?? I guess I could take the judgement to a CA and let THEM go after LVNV..heh irony eh? Or a lawyer and go back to court to levi thier bank account?

I would go for the levy unless you wanted to inflict the same damage. If you want to forward the judgment to be collected on by another CA I would suggest using a CA that specializes in business debts like Western Capital.
