Apparently Creditors Interchange is collecting for FIA Card Services for an defaulted CC debt I alledgedly owe.Can anybody give me info on these two ?
I got a little on budhibbs about Creditors Interchange but nothing on FIA Card Services.

Creditors Exchnage can be a pain in the b_tt. They were calling my son's home about my debt and used profanity towards him and his wife. They broke all of the fdcpa rules with their calls. When I sent them a cease and desist along with a debt validation letter, also threatening to sue them for their violations, then they sold my account to another collector.

Hello Matt, I found this information here by placing the name in the search box in the upper right hand corner of this forum.

Thanks all ! I'll deal with them accordingly if they get out of line and make note of any fdcpa violations and then possibly sue them for the violations. :P

If you are looking to get your credit trashed, they will do it. Don't use this card as they are the worst I ever dealt with. The WORST customer service, highest lending rates and the worst - WORST company. TARE UP THE APPLICATION!!!

Hello, I keep getting letters from these people addressed to me here in New Zealand but also country listed as United Kingdom. I have no idea how they got my name or who they are. I did a google and got you site among others. I find it hard to believe they are associated with a bank like Bank of America (a legit bank surely, but what do I know over here in NZ). Obviously they have no idea either. I think these are scam artists and from what others on this site are saying they could even be from Nigeria. I have never even got an application from them, yet they claim I've got an account. I simply trash the letters and don't reply. Sounds like getting involved with them would be the worst thing you could do.

Our business was about to scammed & they tried to order merchandise they could have bought at Walmart and tried to pay using 2 credit cards issued by FIA & attempted to split the payments up into 4 increments. My educated guess is yes a Nigerian scam - they are getting more ruthless by the day. Luckily we didnt not process the $7k order.

If anyone from "FIA Card Services" ever calls you on the phone, do not give them any information. They are a fake collection agency that probes for personal information and when they get enough through repeated calls, they tap your bank accounts and credit cards in illegal ways. If you try to get any information from them about who they are, they hang up immediately, but always call back again, hoping to get a different family member. They may have your name and address gleaned from social websites or other methods. BEWARE!

Hi, to all of you wondering about the letters or calls you, or someone you know received, rest assured knowing it isn't a scam. However, that does mean that you really have debt:) they do other things such as taking credit card applications and so on.

Have a nice day:)
