I have been trying to work with NCA for awhile now. My check n go store front sent my defaulted payday loan there. Well anyway I finally called them back to work out a payment arrangement with them on this. I was really scared because of what I have read on here, so I was prepared for someone rude. I was so shocked I almost fell out of my chair. The lady knew my situation and she asked me what day of the month I could make the payment and before I told her I asked her how much the payments are going to be, she asked me if I could handle $50 per month  I told her that would be great. So everything is set up for me to make my monthly payments with no extra fees tacked on. I did owe check n go well over $1000. So this will take me some time to pay off, but at least it's not gonna put me in a bind.

So, so far I am pleased with the service I am getting with them. We will see as time goes on. I guess there is hope for this company and it all depends on which rep. your file gets turned over to.

That's great news!! You are right, it does depend who you get on the phone. I had one, and I mean one, really nice person at LVNV, and she was willing to set up payments I could afford and everything, I was so happy. Well, the next day I called to finalize everything, and they said she no longer worked there  Alot of people have had it bad with NCO, but a couple of years ago, before I found this site, I got ahold od a guy that worked with me, payments I could afford, etc. I'm happy now you won't be put in a bind-takes some stress off!..Karen :D
