Do I get arrested if I do not answer interrogatories?

Do I get arrested if I do not answer pattern interrogatories (I lost in small claim). They were sent via US mail by Deputy Clerk, I was not served. No certified mail with or without return receipt or anything like that. I just found them in my mail box.

Did you go to court and lose? If this is from a default judgmen
Did you go to court and lose? If this is from a default judgment and you were never served properly can be grounds to have the judgment vacated.
You could be held in contempt of court if you do not fill out the paperwork.
