I need a little help, I am preparing to send my part of the discovery to the CA. I'm using the same template that the CA used, only I am deleting their information and adding mine. lol Do I basically ask for the same stuff I would ask for in a validation letter, but in the format of the basic civil procedure forms, or does the defendant use a different type of form?

I am pretty sure you have to follow the civil rules of procedure for your state. Sometimes a plaintiff is only allowed a certain amount if interrogatories. In
Ohio any party can serve up to 40.

Read up on Rule 33. Interrogatories to parties
All you have to do is look up Ohio civil rules of procedure and look for rule 33. It should give you some help. If you have any questions I will try to do my best to answer.

Ok Shazzers this is the real me. I really should learn to log in. I am only familiar with MA laws but I looked at the Ohio laws quick for you. I think that if you go to a law library or maby even the local court house they might be able to help. I know I called my local law library and because they are not attorneys, they can't give legal advice but they can direct you. I hope this helps you.

I was afraid of that, I was trying to avoid going to the court house, but looks like my choices are limited. THANKS!

Well if that's true, then do I just send a validation request as part of the discovery? That would be perfectly alright with me, I just want to make sure I am doing this right. I've already requested validation twice, prior to this complaint, which I have already submitted to the court when I responded to the first part of their interrogatories.

I did the same with LVNV funding and I still haven't gotten validation. It is up to the plaintiff to comply and if a contract or something similar can't be produced, Maby you can get it dismissed with prejudice. I can't think straight right now between Ambian CR and pain pills I feel like I had 4 Mai Tia's. They can't be perfect, there HAS to be some law they are breaking that could get this thrown out. Going to be,be back tomorrow. ttyl.
