Delanor Kemper and Associates

I recently have had an experience like the others are listing here. The man was rude, threatening and demeaning. Comments like others listed here, will have me arrested, come to my work, call my boss,etc. Was told he will turn my life upside down. I have it all documented via text messages.

In doing research they clearly violate the Fair Collections Protection Act. How do we report them and be it enforced,? What would be a next step to make them stop! Not only for me but for all the others they are harassing and in volatiom of what the act clearly states?
