This company has been repeatedly calling me, when I answered today & tried to talk to them I was told I was lying to them & a crazy person. That the county would be coming out today to take care of it. Not one time did I get an answer about what the debt was from. I was hung up on after being called names. When calling back an equally rude woman answered & told me if I called them agian I would be charged with phone harrasment. Really!! Then about 5 min later they called me agian, left a voice msg about my social security # wanting me to call back in 24 hrs or they would have me arrested. I don't care what they are collecting this company which only gets paid on collection will not get a dime from me. From what Ive read they are a small company out of Atlanta GA. with only 15 employees, quess customer service is not a priority, maybe if it was they'd not be so rude & get more commisions

Do you have the phone records which proves that they've used abusive words against you? Then, you can file a case against them for breaking FDCPA rules with the FTC and your states' Attorney General. you may also send a debt validation letter to the CA asking them to verify the debt. If they can't, then you can file the cases.
