Dell Financial Services SOL

Good evening,
First of all, thank you all for being so helpful! My question is regarding SOL for Dell Financial Services (currently being collected by MCM). I've been reading different forums but I'm a little confused as to what the actual SOL would be.
I'm in New Jersey and opened the account by ordering a laptop back in January of 2005. I'm still trying to figure out what my last payment on the account was. Anyhow, I'm not sure if this counts as a written contract (6 years), sale of goods (4 years) or if it's based on the Texas SOL (4 years). Also, SOL is based upon the date of first delinquency? Anyone who could chime in and give me a better idea? It's much appreciated!

I believe it is an open ended account, like a credit card since

Was the debt incurred due to the purchase of the laptop? If so,

Do you know this as a fact Steven?? Have you ever purchased from Dell? When you make a purchase from Dell, you open a REVOLVING credit card account. Please again you are giving BAD INFORMATION!!
