Delmar Capital?

Delmar capital collections keeps calling me saying I owe them a debt. When I finally got tired of the calls, I called back. I told them I would not do anything until I had proof of debt in my hands. They outright refused to mail me anything. The unprofessional man told me he already sent me one letter and that is all I will receive from them. He said that i refused to pay so now it is my fault. How do i get even an address from these people to mail a letter. He will give me NO information, except to go to their website. Which by the way I can't find.

I too haven't found any official website of Delmar Capital Collections. They don't have any record with BBB also. Looks like a scam company. However, you can check out the following page where some discussions on this company have taken place.

I have goten calls from this company and they are quite the scamers the easy way to get them to stop (this accually worked for me) is to prank call them from free prank call web sites that will harass the people who have been pissing you off. If you recieve calls from unwanted people such as scamers pretending to be debt colectors than use this and every resorce posible. call them from payphones, public phones, and any way you can!
