I've had an outstanding credit card debt for 5,300.00 with Discover for over 4 years---came close to being able to pay it, but had to pull the money. No money now and lotsa debt.
So...it starts with "Talk to lawyer right away....part of pay can be garnished...: ad summons me to appear in Civil Court to file my answer to the complaint.
The attys are ZWICKER and ASSOCIATES.
I'm in NYC.
Any suggestions? Show up and answer?
Thanks so much for taking the time and, again, for this site.
