Midland credit is trying to say i owe a bill that is over 7 years old. I only discovered this when it showed up on my credit report when we were trying to buy a house. I never made any such purchases and anyway the 7 years has run out.. My attorney advised me to check into this before taking any other legal action. There is nothing else on my report that could be considered derogetory. Please remove this immediately. All 3 credit bureaus are aware of this and ready to take legal action.
