I must need clarification one more time about dismissals with and without.
The plaintiff finally filed a dismissal in my case. They told me over the phone that they were filing a dismissal without prejudice, but then what they actually filed was a dismissal with prejudice. Is it good for plaintiff to file dismissal with prejudice?

With prej means the claim is dead and cannot be collected on. K
