I just wanted to say thanks for all those that answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I went to court this morning and they dismissed the case based on the SOL. I did not really have to do anything other than be present and bring up the SOL. I hope more will fight and win against these creditors/predators. I was the only one that showed up out of 6 cases vs Midland credit this AM. I believe many of these were probably in the same boat as me and if they just did a little research and showed up the could beat it.
