i just got my cr..noticied a ca for a co account..sent dv letter in april thirty days is up from the date of reciept(crrm)...ca did not send anything to validate this debt to me BUT they did update on cf..what should i do??? One more thing to note, this account was opened around 3/08. after i last checked my credit report, just found out this year about em..when does the 30 days to dispute a debt for validity begin? when they openned account, or when i found out? any help would be awesome...this is a jdb also.....

They have no time limit to respond to a DV unless you live in TX
