just wondering if anyone has been sued by DODEKA LLC and if so,....did you fight it? And ...how did it come out?

dodeka LLC, I'm being sued
They are suing me for a cc company that I have made a deal with and are making payments to (a law firm) but dodeka say they own the debt and are suing me anyway??
