Dominion law and mindland funding

I'm 23 and have 3 credit cards that I have not paid on since April of 2007. Dominion law associates has contacted me about a debt to midland funding. I recieved the first letter in November saying that I owe 1899.00( the only credit card this could be for had a credit limit of $1000) and a supeona to go to court on jan 22. I called them to arrange a payment plan and had it set at 240.00 per month. Now I wish I wouldn't have. I never asked them who the oc was or anything, I just assumed it was for one of my credit cards. If it turns out that this is not for one of my credit cards is there anything I can do about it since I already agreed to pay?
Also, I didn't go to my jan court date and they have rescheduled, why would they do that when they could have gotten a default judgement against me?
I'm now planning on filing bankruptcy because I can't afford to pay off my debt.

If your filing bankruptcy then you should not worry about anythi
If your filing bankruptcy then you should not worry about anything.
It depends on what state you live in but usually a verbal agreement to pay means nothing and usually requires it in writing. I would not pay them anything.
