Phone calls

Dominion Law Assoc. is troublesome for their continual calling. They are calling my phone almost daily in pursuit of a debt owed by someone who rented my home three years ago. If I call back to complain, they cut me off. I don't even have the same phone number. Someone has just decided to harass anyone who lives at this address. I am writing to the Attorney General. Maybe he'll earn some respect back if he pursues people like Dominion Law.
You should write to the Attorney General in order to file a comp
You should write to the Attorney General in order to file a complaint against the debt collector. You should also write a cease and desist letter to the debt collector mentioning that the original owner of the debt does not reside in your house and thus they should stop calling you. This might help you in stopping the calls.
