I got a call from this company and tell me they were taking me to court for a pay loan, i tell them that i can pay the loan on payment of 50.00 and they tell me NO that i need to pay it in full i tell them i don't have a job and the only amount I can afford it was 50.00 a month and still tell me NO, and i say ok then you can put it to the court the only think is that I don't leave in wisconsin anymore and they ask me, were do you live and i say in my car and i am in Tx now, well we are going to serve you were you used to live and then the court will take care, that means you can't come back to Wis because you will be arrested, I say ok I tell you I can make payments but you don't want it and I am sorry about that but thank you anyway and then he say call me on friday for if you fine the money and i say well I don't think is going to make any difference because I don't have the money ok, still call me friday and I say Ok. what can I do ????
The next time you call them, tell them you've done the research
The next time you call them, tell them you've done the research and now know that this is a scam. Then hang up and don't answer the phone again.
You can't be arrested for not paying a payday loan and anyone who tries to tell you different is trying to steal your money by scamming you!
