Creditor is Eagle Service Corp in Hattiesburg, MS. Both writs were obtained through the Forrest County (MS) Court. This second one references the first one. It says that the first one was not satisfied, although I have paperwork from the court, dated from last year, that says it was satisfied.
double garnishment and judgement
I recieved a notice of a re-garnishment of my wages. A garnishment order was obtained in 1999 and the debt was not entirely paiod due to the error of the collector. Now they are attempting to garnish my wages again on the wsasme debt with accrued high interest. Is this double jeopardy and can they do this.
