Most of my collectors are threatening to sue me now. I make $29k a year and I am past due to MANY creditors in the total amount of $19,000. I cannot get a loan becuase I do not have a home and I dont own my car. My credit score is shot and there is no way I can make these creditors happy or get them do drop the amounts owed becuase I have no lump sum to give them. I can afford $500 a month but if there is no loan I can get and not way to talk these creditors down what do I do? I hate the thought of paying a company $2000 just to call these places for me to get the total cost down. I lost! Does anyone know anything fast and easy I can do? Time is of the essence. I am already being sued by my old apartment.
