I posted a few weeks ago about a reply from Nationwide Recovery Systems stating they were unable to locate my file (a failure to validate). I ceased communication with them at that point and filed a dispute with TU, including all copies of correspondence along with applicable portion of Texas Finance Code. They received my letter 12 September. Today, 16 September, all instances of this company have been removed from my report.
Guys, this stuff works. I had no previous knowledge relating to credit/debt , other than knowing my score sucked. Thank you to everyone that provides input on this forum, someone out there will find it useful to their situation.
